How to use

Clean and dry the skin. Apply along the target muscle, ligament or tendon and smooth down firmly. Apply at least an hour before activity so the adhesive can set.

Safety information

Apply to clean, dry, intact skin — never over open wounds, rashes or irritated skin. If your skin is sensitive, patch-test on a tougher area like the forearm first, and take the tape off if you notice itching or burning rather than waiting it out. Remove slowly, in the direction of hair growth. The extra-strength adhesive also comes off harder — soak the tape in the shower before peeling.
