Overview

The Chirp Wheel XR is the deeper-tissue evolution of the original Chirp Wheel — three wheels, three textures, all built around Chirp's Spinal Canal that keeps pressure on the muscles beside the spine and off the vertebrae themselves. The 10" acupressure wheel for broad back relief, the 6" knot-kneading wheel for focused thumb-style pressure, and the 4" wheel designed for sub-occipital release at the base of the skull.

Who it's for

Anyone with recurring upper- or lower-back tightness, desk workers, and people who get tension headaches from the neck. The 4" wheel in particular is for the base-of-skull tension that builds through a workday.

How to use

Lie back with the wheel under your spine and roll slowly from lower back to shoulders, pausing on tight spots. Start with the 10", progress to the 6" for deeper work, and use the 4" under the neck for two to three minutes at a time. Five to ten minutes a day is plenty.
